At ProbeOps, we strive to deliver the best monitoring experience. However, if you are not satisfied with our service, you may cancel your subscription at any time.

Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund for new users on their first payment. After 7 days, refunds are processed only in case of technical failure or double billing.

You can cancel your subscription via your ProbeOps dashboard or by emailing support@probeops.com.
